5. Payment & Billing / 결제 및 청구

Payments must be completed before service begins unless otherwise agreed. 별도 합의가 없는 한 서비스 시작 전 결제를 완료해야 합니다.

6. Service Modification / 서비스 변경

The company may modify or update services when necessary for operational reasons. 회사는 운영상 필요한 경우 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 업데이트할 수 있습니다.

7. Limitation of Liability / 책임의 제한

The company is not responsible for user-generated content or damages arising from misuse. 회사는 이용자가 생성한 콘텐츠 또는 부적절한 사용으로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

8. Termination / 이용 종료

The company may suspend service to users who violate terms. 회사는 약관을 위반한 이용자에 대해 서비스 이용을 중지할 수 있습니다.

Refund Policy / 환불 정책

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Website Sale & Edu. 본 환불 정책은 Website Sale & Edu가 제공하는 모든 서비스에 적용됩니다.

1. General Refund Rules / 환불 일반 규정

Refunds are available only under conditions described in this policy. 환불은 본 정책에 명시된 조건에 한하여 가능합니다.

2. Refund Eligibility / 환불 가능 기준

• Refund available within 7 days of purchase if no work has started. • 작업이 시작되지 않은 경우 구매일로부터 7일 이내 환불 가능합니다.

Refund is not available if: 다음의 경우 환불이 불가합니다:
• Custom design or development work has started • 맞춤 디자인 또는 개발 작업이 이미 시작된 경우
• Completed services • 서비스가 이미 완료된 경우
• Third-party tools or plugins purchased on behalf of the client • 고객 요청으로 구매한 외부 플러그인·서비스 비용

3. Partial Refunds / 부분 환불

If partial work has been completed, the refundable amount will be calculated according to the remaining scope. 작업이 일부 진행된 경우, 남은 범위에 따라 부분 환불액이 산정됩니다.

4. Non-Refundable Items / 환불 불가 항목

• Digital assets or templates already delivered • 이미 전달된 디지털 자산 또는 템플릿
• Purchased licenses or subscriptions • 구매된 외부 라이선스 또는 구독 서비스
• Training sessions already conducted • 이미 진행된 교육 서비스

5. Refund Procedure / 환불 절차

Users may submit a refund request via email. 이용자는 이메일을 통해 환불 요청을 제출할 수 있습니다.

After reviewing, the company will process the refund within 7 business days. 회사는 검토 후 7영업일 이내 환불을 진행합니다.
